Location: Number pick-up and awards at Chariho High School 453 Switch Rd. Wood River Junction, Rhode Island, 02894
Directions: I-95 N entering Rhode Island, Take Exit 2 toward Hopkinton/Hope Valley. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for Alton and merge onto Woodville Alton Rd.
2.0 mi. Turn left onto Woodville Rd 1.4 mi. Turn right onto Switch Rd. Destination will be on the right 0.7 mi
Entry Fee:
Juniors: $10.00 (This is a USA Cycling Junior Road Development Series Event)
U23: $15, Seniors and Masters: $28.00
Teams: $90 (four person team)
Fine print: All USA Cycling rules apply. Approved helmets required. USA Cycling license required for all events. Riders without USA Cycling licenses can purchase a one-day licenses when registering or at the event.
Only riders with annual USAC licenses from New England are eligible for Regional
Championship medals. All others will compete for Bob Beal Memorial Race medals.
Warm up: No warming up on the course.
Start:
Juniors 10-12 &13-14, first rider starts at 10:00 AM, others follow at 30 second intervals.
All other categories, first rider starts at 11:00 AM, other riders follow at 30 second intervals. Start times will be posted August 15th at www.northeastmasters.com

Eddy Merckx Class Open 4 person teams* **
* Eddy Merckx Class: Road Bikes only, no aero bars of any type, no aero helmets, no booties and no disc wheels, deep profile wheels up to 40mm may be used.
**Eddy Merckx Class Teams: Same equipment as specified above. Teams can be mixed men and women of any age. Finish time will be taken from the third rider crossing the finish line. Teams will start first allowing ample time for individual riders to compete in a second race. Category will be cancelled if fewer than two teams are entered.
Awards: Custom minted Bob Beal Memorial Race/ Regional Championship medals for top three New England riders in each category. Juniors will compete for USA Cycling Road Development Race Series (RDRS) Medals. Riders and teams from outside of the region and Eddy Merckx Class riders who place in the top three will be awarded Bob Beal Memorial Race medals.
Additional cash prizes:
$100 for the fastest individual rider
$ 75 for the fastest M50+ rider
$ 75 for the fastest W50+ rider
$ 75 for the fastest Individual Eddy Merchx Class rider
