2015 NEMCA Criterium Skills and Safety Clinic

 

                          

WHAT: A 4½ hour clinic (2 hours in the classroom and 2 ½ hours on the Ninigret Park race course) designed to improve your criterium racing skills, tactics and preparation.  


  

WHEN:  March 28th— 9:00 AM-1:30 PM

WHO SHOULD ATTEND:   Men and women of any age interested in improving their performance in criteriums.  New England Cat 5 men and Cat 4 women participants will be given credit for up to three races towards an upgrade.

 

HOW MANY PARTICIPANTS: Maximum: 25   
 

USAC annual license required or purchase 1 Day License at the clinic

 

EQUIPMENT: Road bike and USAC approved helmet.

NEMCA Members: $20.00 

Non Members: $26.00  

 

FORMAT:  Classroom discussion, Q&A and on the road exercises under race like conditions on the Ninigret Park race course.
